These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by ResellerInbox.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing our services or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.


1. Services Overview

ResellerInbox.com provides Google Workspace inboxes with pre-configured technical setups (e.g., SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and onboarding assistance for cold outreach and business use.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use our services.


3. Orders and Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

  • Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an onboarding form within 6 hours to collect necessary setup details.

  • If you do not receive the onboarding form, contact us at contact@resellerinbox.com.


4. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time is under 12 hours after receiving completed onboarding information.

  • Expedited options may be available depending on your package tier.


5. Account Usage

You are responsible for how your inboxes are used.
Prohibited uses include:

  • Sending unsolicited spam

  • Phishing or impersonation

  • Any illegal or harmful activity

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without refund.


6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service (custom inbox creation and configuration), all sales are final once onboarding is initiated.
If there’s an issue with the service, contact us for support.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on ResellerInbox.com, including logos, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any damages arising from misuse or abuse of inboxes

  • Downtime due to third-party services (e.g., Google, hosting providers)

  • Email delivery outcomes outside of our control

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.


9. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion, especially in cases of abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
